Tanice has nearly 20 years of experience in the dental field. She began her career as a Registered Dental Assistant, where she was worked in General Practice, Pediatric Dentistry, and in a temp capacity for various dental practices in the community. Her desire to expand her knowledge and experience in the dental field lead her to the decision to evolve into an administrative role. The combination of her clinical background and her thorough understanding of a patient’s treatment needs, played an integral part in her ability to excel in this capacity, as a major treatment coordinator. 
Tanice’s natural leadership qualities and desire for professional growth lead her into various
management roles, where she developed a passion for supporting dentists and dental teams by improving office flow and achieving exceptional patient experiences.

Tanice is an effective trainer and educator to new and existing team members, assisting to
develop their skills and teach them to utilize dental software to it’s fullest. She is able to
assess the areas requiring improvement and guide each team member to reach their full
potential, resulting in effective office flow, practice growth, and profitability.
Recognizing a need for Dental Clinic Support, Tanice and a friend brainstormed a unique
business model to provide services to reduce office stress, improve workflow, and allow dentists and teams to re-focus on their patients.
Tanice’s goal with Passio is to assist dental teams in maximizing patient experiences, creating a positive and motivating environment for the team, improving office flow, productivity, and provide a lasting experience for patients.
